Depends on the size of the mat you need, commonly mould charge about 120-150usd, if very big size need about 200usd. commonly we need 5 days to make sample

Yes of course, our material have different standard. If just need pass ROHS ,the material is cheaper, if need to pass 6P or U.S. Code of Federal Regulations , a little expensive than which one just pass ROHS.
