1. Do you have after-sale service?
Yes, we have after-sale service.
(1) For wholesale order, we will replace the defect products by courier delivery in our account
(2) For OEM order, we will refund those defect products and try to make up the loss.

2.How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule, it will take 2-3 weeks for us to produce your custom designed and printed products.

3. Do you need sample's charge?
New customer: mold/tooling cost and express cost share half after order finalized.
Regular customers: mold/tooling cost and express cost by free. And after place order will refund all samples charge.

4. How does your factory control the quality?
We have our own QC department who will inspect the materials, manufacture processing, and testing. All of our products are tested by very strict quality control system before shipment.
Every order will be tested for over 24 hours before shipment.  

5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not suggest small orders. Our minimum order quantity is at least 500pcs; it can help reduce the unit price and shipping cost.

6. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know the style, dimensions, including specifications, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
